This Privacy Policy explains how Kyrzma Studios ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile games we develop and publish. We keep it simple: our games do not require an account and do not send your personal data to our servers.

1.Who We Are

Kyrzma Studios is an independent mobile game studio. We design and publish games for Android and iOS. You can reach us at any time at ykbgonder@gmail.com.

2.Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all games and apps published by Kyrzma Studios, including any future titles we release under the Kyrzma Studios name. Where we say "our games", we mean all of them. If a specific game ever handles data differently, we will note it in that game's store listing.

3.Data We Collect

We do not collect personal data. Our games work offline and do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

  • Game progress and settings (such as levels completed, scores, language and audio preferences) are stored only on your device using standard local storage (PlayerPrefs). This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the game.
  • We do not operate servers that receive your personal data, and we do not use any analytics SDKs to track you.
Note: While we do not collect personal data, the third-party advertising service described below may process certain device information under its own privacy policy. Please see Section 4.

4.Third-Party Services

To keep our games free, some titles display advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process information such as your advertising identifier, other device identifiers, approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address, and diagnostic data. This processing is carried out by Google under its own terms, not by us.

5.Advertisements

Ads in our games may appear as rewarded ads (optional videos you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward) and interstitial ads (full-screen ads shown at natural breaks, such as between levels).

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and your device settings. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in your device settings; on iOS you can limit ad tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt and privacy settings. Where required by law, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

6.Children's Privacy

Our games are not directed at or marketed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us at ykbgonder@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.

7.Data Security

Because our games store data only locally on your device and do not transmit personal data to us, there is no personal data on our side to breach. Data kept on your device is protected by your device's own security features. Any data processed by Google AdMob is handled under Google's security and privacy practices.

8.Your Rights and Choices

  • Delete your local data: Uninstalling the game removes all locally stored progress and settings from your device. Many games also include a "reset progress" option in their settings menu.
  • Advertising data: To manage or delete data processed for ads, use your device's advertising settings (reset/delete advertising ID, opt out of personalization) and Google's controls described in Section 4.
  • Requests and questions: For any privacy request, including questions about your rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, email us at ykbgonder@gmail.com.

9.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we release a new game or a service provider changes its practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here, and we encourage you to review this page periodically.
