These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and apps developed and published by Kyrzma Studios ("we", "us", "our"), including any future titles we release (each, a "Game"). By downloading or playing any of our Games, you agree to these Terms.

1.License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play our Games on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2.Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify a Game except as permitted by law; cheat, exploit, or tamper with a Game; use a Game for any unlawful purpose; or redistribute a Game or its assets.

3.In-App Purchases & Ads

Our Games are free to play and may be supported by advertising (Google AdMob). A Game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads), processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. All purchases are final except as required by the applicable app store's refund policies and applicable law.

4.Intellectual Property

Our Games, including their code, art, audio, and titles, are owned by Kyrzma Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5.Disclaimer

Our Games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyrzma Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Games.

7.Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued play after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
